Welcome to JP SAP Basis and HANA. By accessing this website or registering for the Free Live SAP BASIS & HANA Career Strategy Workshop (hereafter referred to as "the Workshop" or "the webinar"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By filling out the registration form, checking confirmation checkboxes, or entering the live webinar room on Zoom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or attend our sessions.

2. Description of Free Session

The Free Demo / Webinar is designed to showcase the career roadmap of an SAP BASIS & HANA consultant, cover curriculum topics, outline project-mentoring procedures, and provide career strategies. This session is entirely free of charge. No payment credentials or purchase obligation are required to complete registration.

3. Intellectual Property

All curriculum designs, graphics, presentation slides, videos, worksheets, code snippets, and training methods presented during the Workshop or hosted on this domain are the intellectual property of JP SAP Basis and HANA. You may not record, duplicate, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any training contents without our explicit written permission.

4. Attendee Code of Conduct

We are dedicated to providing a professional, respectful environment for all attendees. In the live Zoom webinar, you agree to:

• Be respectful to the mentor (Jitendra Sir), support moderators, and other candidates.
• Refrain from using offensive language, harassment, or spamming the chatbox.
• Refrain from self-promotion, advertising third-party courses, or sharing unsolicited links in the chat.

We reserve the right to expel any attendee from the live Zoom meeting immediately without warning if they violate this code of conduct.

5. Limitation of Liability

JP SAP Basis and HANA provides educational materials on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranty that systems, practice servers, or career recommendations will fit specific personal goals or technical infrastructures. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential career issues, server practice downtime, or job search outcomes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
